AL HAKEL VILLA

About

1. Site Masterplan & Architectural Style (Masterplan & Style)
Style: Luxury Modern Architecture
A design language based on rectangular geometry, clean lines, and sharp architectural
compositions.
Vision: A seamless integration between the building and its natural surroundings to
create a private residential resort. The project emphasizes a dramatic contrast between
materials and colors.
Color Palette: Monochromatic
A strong, refined palette built on the contrast between veined black marble (for bold
luxury), light cement panels (for visual clarity), and transparent glass.

2. Exterior Design
Façades: Full-height glass walls maximize natural light and dissolve the boundary between inside and outside.
Architectural Composition: Prominent frames and protruding volumes clad in black marble define openings and add depth. A set
of intersecting frames above the main entrance creates a sculptural architectural moment.
Entrance Experience: Accented with minimalist water features—linear channels and small fountains—alongside a palm tree that
creates a serene, distinguished arrival.
Architectural Lighting: Integrated LED strip lighting within edges and volumes highlights architectural lines and enhances
visibility at night.
3. Pool & Shade Structure
Infinity Pool: A large rectangular pool surrounded by light stone flooring.
Features a 50 cm three-layer glass edge, both shock- and bullet-resistant, forming the infinity boundary.
In-Pool Lounge: A sunken relaxation zone integrated into the pool, clad in dark material and framed by a waterfall feature sliding
over a backdrop wall.
Pergola: A sleek exterior metal structure—typically black—providing shade over the water lounge.
Equipped with integrated cove lighting that reinforces the functional modern aesthetic at night.
4. Interior Spaces (Lounge / Kitchenette)
Indoor–Outdoor Connection: Interior spaces are designed as an extension of the garden and pool, with full-height sliding glass
façades that open completely.
Interior Materials: A continuation of the external monochromatic palette (black and white), complemented with warm earthy
tones in the furniture for comfort.
Furniture: Contemporary pieces featuring curved sofas that soften the strict linear geometry of the architecture.
