Modern Institutional Architecture with Bold Lines
Objective: Designing a primary banking headquarters that embodies trust, stability, and
innovation. The focus was on creating a unique visual façade that communicates
institutional strength without compromising transparency and approachability.
Concept & Composition:
Concept: Balance of Mass and Transparency. The building is designed as a solid, stable
mass that is intersected by bold openings and angular forms, giving it a dynamic
character.
Façade Elements: The façade is composed of solid, grounded concrete/stone masses
contrasted with large vertical and horizontal glass strips, creating a distinctive interplay of
shadow and light.

Materials & Key Features:
Solid Materials:
Light-colored concrete or stone is used to form large structural frames, conveying
durability, strength, and permanence—qualities essential for any financial institution.
Transparent Glass: Expansive glazing is employed extensively on the ground floor and
central zones to increase transparency and strengthen the visual connection between the
interior workspace and the public.
Angled & Projected Forms: Inclined geometric shapes or projecting volumes—such as
those featured at the upper levels—break the monotony of the rectangular mass and
communicate modernity and innovation in institutional design.
Entrance: A clearly defined and prominent entrance, possibly enhanced by a large
overhead volume, guides visitors and creates a sense of grandeur and accessibility.
Result: A banking headquarters with a powerful and impactful presence, combining
structural solidity with a modern aesthetic, serving as a visual symbol of the institution’s
brand identit
