Exterior Design – Architecture & Landscape
The exterior design presents a modern, luxurious aesthetic that blends greenery, water
features, and bold architectural elements.
1. Architectural Façade & Garden
Main Building: The residence resembles a bold, multi-story modern villa inspired by Brutalist
geometry, featuring cube-like masses clad in dark gray concrete and vertical wooden slats.
Large glass façades allow abundant natural light and offer open views of the landscaped garden.
Landscape Design: AThe garden is meticulously crafted, combining expansive green lawns
with dense, varied plantings, complemented by stone or wood-paved walkways and elevated
planters.
2. Pool & Relaxation Area
Pool: A contemporary rectangular pool surrounded by wooden decking for lounging and
circulation. Some pools adopt the infinity pool concept, appearing slightly elevated for a floating
visual effect.
Sunken Fire Pit Seating: A recessed outdoor lounge set below garden level, enclosed with a
low glass barrier for visibility and safety.The seating is arranged in a U-shape, furnished with
luxurious leather or dark-fabric sofas around a central fire pit set on a light wooden floor.

2. Outdoor Kitchen & BBQ Area
Design & Aesthetic: The outdoor kitchen and grilling space is
covered with a deep-slatted lattice/pergola made of warm wood,
creating dramatic striped light-and-shadow patterns.
Materials: Floors and walls feature exposed concrete or dark
stone finishes, complemented by horizontal and vertical dark-wood
cladding integrated into storage and kitchen modules.
Materials: A large central grill or fireplace anchors the area,
crowned by a wide industrial-style chimney hood.
Interior Design – Refined Neo-Classical
Modern
The interior expresses luxury and sophistication, combining modern
elegance with Neo-Classical touches and a rich neutral palette.
1. Open Living & Dining Area
General Style: An open-concept layout integrating the dining and
living spaces, built around the principles of Quiet Luxury and refined
material selection.
Walls & Lighting: Walls are finished in white or soft neutrals, with
standout white marble slabs featuring bold gray veining used as
accent elements.
Lighting is modern and artistic, including Sputnik / Starburst
chandeliers suspended above the dining and seating areas.
Furniture:
Dining: A large polished white marble dining table paired with
velvet or fabric dining chairs in light beige or soft gray.
Living: Contemporary curved furniture—such as a sculpted white
or beige curved sofa—accompanied by distinctive accent chairs
(like high-back swivel chairs).
Decor: Abstract art with gold frames and metallic gold or brass
accessories enhance the space’s refined character.

2. Master Bedroom
Atmosphere: A warm, dramatic, and luxurious ambiance defined by a
darker color palette
Feature Wall & TV Panel: Behind the bed, a feature wall clad in light marble
or a large circular artwork sets a focal point. The opposite wall is finished in
high-gloss black paneling that frames the TV and reflects the room’s lighting
for a premium look.
Fireplace: A sleek modern fireplace with a linear glass flame sits beneath
the TV, accompanied by softly illuminated display shelves.
Furniture: A large king-size bed with a broad, low-profile base upholstered
in earthy warm tones.
A light beige upholstered bench rests at the foot of the bed.
3. Overall Concept
The project reflects a high level of architectural sophistication, achieving a
successful balance between industrial and rustic exterior aesthetics and
contemporary interior luxury.
Special attention is given to:
concealed lighting lines,
