KTB VILLA
About
This project blends expressive exterior architecture with warm, refined interior design, built on the principles of Quiet Luxury and seamless indoor–outdoor harmony. 1. Exterior Architecture – Site & Facade Design Style: Modern Architecture: The design relies on interlocking geometric masses with clear horizontal and vertical lines. Materials & Contrast: The exterior composition is defined by a sophisticated contrast between light white/cement finishes and dark accent materials such as black metal panels or slatted dark wood used in ceilings and entrance canopies to introduce natural warmth. Glass & Transparency: Large full-height glass façades—especially on the front elevation—create maximum visual connection between the interior spaces and the garden. Architectural Lighting: Integrated LED linear lighting is built into the edges of volumes and beneath cladding panels to highlight the architectural geometry at night.
2. Landscaping & Outdoor Amenities Garden & Privacy: The villa is framed with expansive green lawns and tall trees (such as pine and cypress), providing full privacy and adding layers of visual depth. Pool & BBQ Area: The rectangular pool features a simple, clean layout surrounded by a wide stone deck. A modern black geometric pergola with a warm slatted wood ceiling provides shade and comfort above the seating area. The outdoor zone also includes a built-in BBQ station or stone fire pit, making it ideal for gatherings and entertainment. Pathways: Wide light-stone pathways lead to the entrance, accented with soft ground lighting for a calm and elegant arrival sequence. 3. Interior Design – Concepts & Atmosphere Style: A modern yet warm approach that prioritizes luxurious comfort over formality. Color Palette: A soothing neutral warm palette: sandy beige, light wood brown, and warm gray, with touches of deep earthy tones or soft blush pink in the furniture. Interior Materials: A sleek exterior metal structure—typically black—providing shade over the water lounge. Equipped with integrated cove lighting that reinforces the functional modern aesthetic at night. Indoor–Outdoor Connection: Interior spaces are designed as an extension of the garden and pool, with full-height sliding glass façades that open completely. Interior Materials: Extensive use of light wood wall paneling in various patterns—vertical, slanted, or fluted—to add texture and depth. Surfaces such as kitchens and bathrooms feature white and gray veined marble for an elevated, timeless look. Lighting Strategy: The interior relies heavily on long concealed strip lighting in ceilings and walls, along with track lights and spotlights to highlight artwork and textured finishes.
